About us

The company Valibiotics GmbH was founded as a spin-off company of a successful research program from the University of Natural Resources and Life Science (BOKU) and Nourivit GmbH funded by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) within the framework “Research Studios Austria”. 

Valibiotics is focusing on the developing, manufacturing and distribution of innovative and effective products for a sustainable and integrative agricultural practice. 

The aim is to develop a combination of organic and inorganic active components, for an integral application in agriculture on a biological basis. 

The goal of products is to contribute to both the preventive protection of the plant as well as the promotion of growth and increased yields. We succeeded in developing an integral biological solution for healthy plant growth technology with the implementation of microorganisms. 

As a result, we also discovered the positive effects of microorganisms in the application of different areas in livestock farming, such as barn hygiene, manure treatments, feed additives, and silaging.   

The business office of the company and the manufacturing site are located in Traiskirchen, where Valibiotics has a state-of-the-art microbiology laboratory, pilot bioreactors and batch bioreactors for routine production.
