The integrity of your personal data is of the utmost importance to us. We therefore process any and all data in strict adherence to the legal regulations (GDPR, TGK 2003 (Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003)). This privacy notice provides you with information on the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
If you wish to contact us via our website or email, any information you enter will be stored for the purpose of processing your order or enquiry and any follow-up queries for a period of six months. We will not pass this information on to any third parties without your consent.
Furthermore, for the purpose of entering into a contract, the following data are stored by us: name, address, VAT number, items purchased, date of purchase. The information provided by you is required, either by, or in preparation of, the contract. In other words: We couldn’t enter into a contract with you without this information. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card details to the issuing bank or credit agency for the purpose of charging the purchase price, to our contracted provider for the delivery of the purchased goods, as well as to our accountant in accordance with our tax obligations.
When a purchase is cancelled, all stored information is deleted. On conclusion of a contract, all data from the duration of the contract is stored for a period of 7 years, as set by Austria’s tax laws. The name, address, purchased items and date of purchase are furthermore stored until the expiration of the product liability (10 years). Data processing is in accordance with the legal provisions of Art. 96 paragraph 3 TGK as well as Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for fulfilment of contract) of the GDPR.

An encrypted list of products added to your Wishlist.

You can prevent this by adjusting your browser’s settings so that cookies are disabled.
We are in contract for order-data processing with the provider firm.
Your IP address is stored.
The working relationship with the web analysis provider is based on the Privacy Shield agreement.
Data processing is in accordance with the legal provisions of Art. 96 paragraph 3 TGK as well as Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Our interest in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web appearance. As the privacy of our customers is important to us, all user data is assigned a pseudonym.
User data is stored for a period of seven years.
You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter on our website. We need your email address for this, as well as your consent that you agree to receiving the newsletter.
In order to provide you with targeted information, we collect and process any voluntary information you provide about areas of interest, date of birth and post code.
As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation by email containing a link with which you can confirm your registration.
The newsletter subscription can be cancelled at any time. Simply send us your cancellation to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then immediately delete all data connected with the delivery of your newsletter. This does not revoke the legality of any data processing with due consent prior to the cancellation.
In terms of any of your personal information stored by us, you have the basic right to information, correction, deletion, limitation, transferability, recall and objection. If you believe that your data has been processed in violation of privacy laws, or your right to privacy has been infringed on in any way, your can either direct your concerns to us at or register a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
